HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Basically, follow the steps on the screen! You'll need to choose a product, size, and hit 'Add to cart' button. Once you complete these steps, product will be added to your shopping cart. You can then continue shopping and add more items to your cart and/or click on the cart icon in upper right corner to be redirected to payment & shipping.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT DO I DO?

Keep calm! Once you successfuly place your order and go through payment and shipping, you will receive an automated email with order confirmation.

In case you haven't received it - check your spam folder. If it's not there, let us know and we'll check what happened!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If the products you purchased are still in our warehouse, you could still cancel or modify your order. If the package was shipped, you'll have to wait for it to be delivered.

SHIPPING

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You sure can! Once the shipping company picks up your order, you will receive an email with tracking link. Check your spam folder as sometimes these emails might be flagged by your email provider.

In case a few day passed and you still didn't receive tracking confirmation, drop us a message.

HOW MUCH $ IS THE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping across European Union with no minimum order value.

If you're based outside of EU, your shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout.

We are doing our best to always keep the shipping cost as low as possible.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Shortly! We'd usually need up to three business days to process the order (but most of the times we are ready within first 24 hours after you place an order). Then, once the package is picked up by shipping company, in a matter of 2-3 days.
