SHIPPING
Your order should ship within 5 business days and you will be provided with tracking number for a smooth experience. In case of an unlikely event of any shipping delays, we will contact you proactively.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, it should be delivered in matter of few days. Check an estimated delivery time for your country below:
1-2 business days: Poland, Czechia.
2-3 business days: Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Germany, Austria, Slovenia.
4 business days: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ireland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Bulgaria, Sweden, Italy, Croatia.
5-7 business days: Liechtenstein, Greece, UK, USA, UAE, Japan, Korea.
RETURNS
At Slayy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. If you'd like to replace your order to different products or a gift card, you have 30 days to do so.
Conditions for Return/Replacement:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- All original packaging, box and accessories must be included.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer - however, you can use our discounted rates with shipping carriers. If you'd like to take advantage of that, please reach out.
